Hi all,

I was finally diagnosed with PCOS last week, after 15 months of struggling to conceive #2, and years of weight gain and irregular periods. Been told to take Inofolic supplement to try and regulate my cycle.

I'm currently on Day 50 of this cycle. I'm totally confused by it, my cycle has been irregular before, but usually 33-43 days. I am definitely not pregnant.

This morning, a week after starting Inofolic, I've suddenly got EWCM again?! Could my body be trying to ovulate again?

I'm finding all the information about PCOS hard to take in, as well as changing my diet to low GI.

Thanks. x

With PCOS and TTC I think treating all EWCM as a sign or ovulation, even if you think you already ovulated, is the best bet just in case. I found sometimes I was 100% convinced I'd ovulated but actually hadn't and in really long cycles my body felt like I tried to a couple of times!
Taking any new supplement can shift your cycle slightly. Hopefully it'll settle down after this one (or you get pregnant and never have to find out 🤞).
