I’ve just had a gynaecologist appointment this morning due to irregular periods pain during sex and TTC. I’m on cycle 6 now which it’s too bad I know and she’s going to leave me 6 more months then get me back in if I don’t get pregnant natural so do more test and dig further into if there’s a problem (I’ve already had one lot of blood test and a ultrasound came back normal)
she did a internal examination and said she can feel the pain from behind my uterus not in front so it can’t be from my C-section with my daughter (nearly 3 years ago)
she mention endometriosis but said she couldn’t feel any nodules (or something) so that’s a good sign I mentioned a laparoscopy but she said she wouldn’t recommend that unless it was strangling my bowels 🤷🏼‍♀️ and the only option is the pill which I obviously don’t want to use with TTC. She always said pain in my tummy could be IBS.

For my TTC she’s booked me for October because that will be a year since TTC hopefully I fall pregnant before then. But I mention how I didn’t ovulate using the sticks and she said that the only people ovulation sticks are good for are the people that sell them, is this true?

And she said irregular periods and very light periods are normal and it’s very uncommon to have a 28 day cycle.
