Proceive vitamins effect ovulation ?

Hi, has anyone noticed when taking certain vitamins it either delays ovulation or you suspect you don’t ovulate at all? Prior to taking the above I was taking vit d, c, b6 and omega fish oil. The fertility consultant said to introduce a vitamin with folic acid (been ttc for 16 months now!) I informed her I had took folic acid previously and stopped as it was deleting my ovulation or I didn’t think I was ovulating. I ovulate regularly every month with the other vitamins I mentioned this has been confirmed by ultra sound. These last weeks only thing I’ve done different is stop the other vitamins and took Proceive which has folic acid in . My question is if anyone else noticed maybe folic acid effects ovulation and there cycle ? I am so pissed off as feel we may have wasted a month and have stopped taking Proceive since last week and writing this month off just to add I take clear Blue ovulation strips and I am currently cd18 and usually ovulate cd 11-14 this month I haven’t had a smiley just a circle .

I was looking at this last night. I’m taking Proceive Max and AF seems to be delayed usually have it come at about day 24 but at moment still not arrived and no BFP either. I did suffer MC at 8 weeks at the beginning of Feb. I started taking it straight after that changing from a different brand. My first AF at beginning of this month was light and didn’t really have a peak ovulation.

it shouldn’t affect anything I think I will give it another month I have heard so many positives though.

I've been taking them for 2 months. I usually am regular 22 to 24 day cycles and this month I'm day 28 without any bleeding, my ovulation came 3 days later than usual which was confirmed when I had a routine internal scan on day 13.

I'm thinking that it's not a bad thing extending my cycle by a few days, I usually ovulate on day 9 or 10 so am I right thinking this would give more time to develop a mature egg?

I no this thread is a couple of months old but I just wanted to say I took ovulation support in January and I didn’t ovulate I got no peak on my opk didn’t take them again as I blamed it on the vitamins but thought just over a month ago I’ll try some vitamins again it can’t have been them so I got conceive plus and started just before the end of my cycle and my period ended up being 2 days late and that never happens then I’ve carried on taking them and I haven’t ovulated this month with no positive opk and I know I haven’t missed it as I’ve done a test every hour on the hour since cd 8. So it must be them!!! Never taking them again, suffered drinking them every morning for them to delay my ttc process even more!
