TTC fairly casually since Jan.. just tracking using a free app, haven’t been doing ovulation tests but the app predicts my period accurately every month.
Started spotting at 5 dpo (according to the app) which is not common for me at all. Still spotting today at 7dpo. On birth control for many years, came off 3ish years ago and once my cycle returned it’s been regular and I’ve never had spotting. I’ve become very familiar with my symptoms over my cycle so this has just thrown me off completely.
My boobs are in agony. Usually have sore boobs in the days leading up to my cycle but it’s earlier this month and more painful.
I’ve had some mild cramping, not totally uncommon for me. I had an ultrasound in 2020 due to having cramping throughout the month, not just at ovulation/menstruation but nothing abnormal was identified and it has settled since then, possibly as my body was adjusting to coming off years worth of hormonal birth control 🤷🏻♀️
I’m just confused really.. seems like too early to be implantation bleeding but I suppose my estimated ovulation could have happened earlier..?
Suppose there isn’t much I can do until I can begin testing so I’m not really sure what I’m hoping for from posting.. I felt like I was really in tune with my body and this has just thrown me off I guess!
