hello so i am hoping someone has any experience with maca root or depo provera!
i stopped depo jan 2023 it wore out april 2023, so it has been 11 months since stopping and no birth control. i had no periods for 6 years on depo and no period after stopping only cramps so i decided to try maca root to kick start a period, i took maca for the first time on march 13th and started a period on 16th march, its now the 24th and i still have my period.
im not sure if its because of the maca or because its my first period in years? ive heard good reviews on how maca helped people get pregnant quite quick so i dont really want to stop it.
