C section scar defect and TTC

Hey - I had a c section three years ago and after struggling with mid-cycle spotting, I was diagnosed with a scar defect (niche) around 18 months ago. I'm now struggling to conceive and wondered if anyone else has experienced the same? I could have an operation to fix the niche but reading various things re. how successful that could be...!

hello! I know this post was a few months ago but how are you getting on with this now? I had my baby in September last year, been having awful spotting so been back and forth to the docs and finally sent me for a scan and think I have the niche too waiting for referral to gynae. My spotting is awful between periods can be heavy at times.
