Flu during ovulation

Please could anyone tell me whether having the flu will affect ovulation?

I can't help you from a medical point of view but when I fell pregnant with my first, I had the flu on the month I concieved and therefore had convinced myself it wasn't going to happen that month. I think it started just during my fertile window and lasted a couple of weeks or so!
