Hello Ladies,
Just after a bit of advice and insight. I started using natural cycles this month using my Apple Watch to take my temperature as it syncs automatically with the app. I know it's not as accurate and using a thermometer but the stats on natural cycles say it is pretty close!
Does this bbt chart look normal? Had a very positive LH test on the 15th so assumed ovulation happened the next day. But my rise just seems slow and then today it has shot up?
Just for context, I'm 26 and I have been TTC properly for 5 months with one early loss at the start, but have had 2 months break from TTC recently. After my loss the doctors luckily have been doing blood tests as I get spotting for around 2/3 days before my period. I had my 21 day progesterone test today as they think the spotting could potentially be low progesterone, but I had my initial bloods done on CD1 (as it was a Friday!) and these were my results:
FSH 7.8iu/L
LH: 5.2iu/L
TSH: 2.7miu/L
Prolactin: 151mu/L
Testosterone 1.7nmol/L
I haven't spoken to my doctor directly about these, but she has signed them all off on the NHS app as being within the normal range. The only concern I have is, is my FSH slightly elevated for my age? I know it is still within the normal range but just curious to know if this is something I should keep an eye on.
I've also attached a screenshot of my bbt chart.
If anyone has any insight or comments on anything, please let me know I would be so grateful!
