Smiley faces??

Hi all, accidentally bought the non-jazzy Clearblue OPKs which don't do the flashing then static face, just the static face. Super confused as to when to actually DTD. Am I supposed to do it bang on (pardon the pun) when I get the smiley face or beforehand as isn't it the days before ovulation that you want to get the sperm up there?

Hi Kerrythal, I am pretty sure you should dtd as soon as the static appears since this will mean you will ovulate sometime in the the next 48 hours max, so it could be that if you see the static in the morning you will ovulate that evening or it may not be till the evening of the day after but if you dtd as soon as possible once you see if then you should have some sperm around for when the egg is released.
