What classes as cd1? Help!

Hi,

I've seen some people say cd1 is when you wake up bleeding. But I've come in my period today at about 11am. Does this class as cd1 or is tomorrow cd1? It's fully red, full flow and not spotting. Starting clomid cd2!

Yes CD1 is when you're in full red flow! Some women have several days of spotting prior which don't count

Yep this is day 1. My clinic say bright red flow before noon is day 1.
