Are those early tests worth it?

You know those pregnancy tests that can apparently detect the hormone as early as 5-6 before the missed period. I’ve never done one before but I’m so impatient! On the other hand, I don’t want to spend however much on it and have it be inaccurate.
has anyone used an early test and how did it work out? The same as a regular one?
thanks 👶

I find the cheap strips are as good as the expensive ones and you can use them first and confirm with a branded one when you see a line.
im trying easy @ home just now. So far not experienced an evap or anything with them

They didn't work for me, I didn't get a positive until a few days after I missed my period in two pregnancies. I agree the cheap strips are as good as any.

i don’t find the line ones very good because I can never decide wether there is a line or indent or it’s just my eyes but the early digital I got a positive at 10dpo and it eliminated the is there/isn’t there a line for me x

The pink easy @ home tests are good. I found out at 9dpo with a faint line but I was indeed pregnant sadly that ended in MC but my previous successful pregnancy I used them too.

thanks everyone! I think I’ll cave and try the cheapest early one and then on the period day I’ll do a normal one 👌 I’ll try 9-10 dpo, ideally 10 if I can handle the wait 😂 thanks again!
