Positive 10 days post trigger shot?

So I had my 5000iu gonasi trigger shot 10 days ago. I tested this morning and I got a squinter.

I've read that it can take 10 days for the hcg trigger shot to leave your body but I only had 5000iu not 10000iu...anyone else had this?!

Some people take up to 14 days to completely clear it from their system which is why they tell you not to test until then. I think first time it took me 8-9 days. Second time was much darker than yours on day 10 and ended up being a pregnancy.

@Isitisit thanks, I think I'll keep testing and hopefully it gets darker!

@JuniperandI how did you get on? I'm in the same predicament as you I'm 10dpt, have been testing it out and had a not quite faint line this morning and wondering if it might start getting darker. Had a chemical last month and my tests had extremely faint lines from 10-14days after the trigger! It's darker today than last months test so hopefully it's a good sign 🙈 I also had the 5000 shot!

@JuniperandI I can't remember which cycle now but one of them I'm pretty sure I had a chemical as had faints up until 14dpo and then I started to bleed! We've moved on to IVF now, I'm actually going for my egg collection today!
