My af was due yesterday as it comes every 4 weeks.
For the last 2 weeks I've been seeing quite a lot of EWCM everyday acompanied with mild cramping on and off and "glue like discharge". What does that mean? Are my hormones off? How do I know I even ovulated...Has this happened to anyone before? What was the cause and how did you solve it?
