Ovulation tests baffle me!!! Pic included

been testing 3 times a day the last few days! They are constant up and down… one dsy i think they are getting darker snd the next they go doen! Anyone ever got pregnant with ovulation tests results like mine! The premom app never peak high.

just done another now as i think its got to be my darkest one yet but the app still says low!!

Yeah that’s what happens, and none of those are positive.

ovulation tests never once told me I was ovulating, yet I have three kids and one loss. So 🤷‍♀️

I disagree mine never got much darker than that and I was ovulating. The app takes a few cycles to learn what your peak is. Have you got any other signs like EWCM or bloating? It is odd that they’ve been dark a couple of times though do you have a regular cycle?

@Hostilehabitat my periods have always been odd since a teenager but iv had 4 kids prior snd now trying for number 5 but as im older im trying to track my months better to see if its harder now. I have been really bloated for the last two days with a heavy feeling down there and cramps, have heart burn snd just feel dodgy. I had EWCM randomly on 7th and 10th of this month… guess im just older and my body is dighting more than it did in my 20’s ha. I am 38 now so i know it can be harder to conceive over 35.

so yours were as dark as mine? Did you conceive?

@Hostilehabitat i have never used them before and guess we always wait for that peak I suppose but good to know you conceived even when they didnt work

Try to test at the same time or times each day. Also make sure you are drinking the same amount each day as urine dilution plays a part too.

But also the difference between 0.2 and 0.5 is negligible.
You haven't peaked yet, so keep at it.

@Xxfifixx89 yes I’m 34 weeks pregnant, these are my tests the cycle I conceived. Not as dark as yours and never did get darker but I used to get EWCM, bloating around ovulation then sore boobs right after.

@Hostilehabitataww massive congrats!! Not long to go now. Well I have just done one now and appears that its got a lot darker this morning. I wonder if today might actually be my peak day? What do you think?

Not peak but you need to test same times. Afternoon and evening. No drinks before and hold off pee.

Ovulation isn't like pregnancy tests where it rises every day. There is a sudden surge and over roughly two days it peaks. It can fluctuate on all the others. Look at mine. Constantly fluctuating until the end.

@Ella31 looks like its going higher so il do it again tonight and see but defo think day 15 is my surge day looking at these
