Falling pregnant after a miscarriage

I have had one miscarriage which totally knocked me off my feet, we've unexpectedly fell pregnant again and I am absolutely petrified. I am just waiting for it to happen again when the 6/7 week period comes. Has anyone had any positive experiences after having a miscarriage.

I had a MC last year at 11 weeks, and I've just passed 12 weeks with this pregnancy. Remember there's nothing you can do or not do, and of course it will be stressful. Your risk isn't elevated by having had one MC before. I found this tool reassuring:

Aww darling
of course pregnancy after loss is terrifying
I just put my 4 month baby down for nap so yes - I do have a positive experience!
Before her we had a missed miscarriage at 14 weeks so I was a bundle of emotion for quite some time. We had been ttc for 2 years and were on list for IVF- so I suppose I had some time to prepare for the hopeful prospective of getting pregnant again
All you can do is take one day at a time
I remember I found my sister’s optimism and attempts to reassure me ‘it will all be fine’ painful but equally I didn’t want anyone to be negative
I was overly alert to every twinge.
I just took each day at a time but honestly it didn’t really sink in until 24 weeks
I wish you all the best Xx
