Hopefully someone can understand this better than I can.

I thought BBT stayed up until a few days before your period? And that you needed 3 increases in temperature to prove ovulation. Does that mean I haven't ovulated this month? 😟😔

I usually ovulate day 18/19.

So keep an eye on your temperatures over the next few days. From what I know your temp dips right before, or on, ovulation day then you should see it shoot up after that.

Since you’re on CD19 it’s possible you ovulated today but wouldn’t know yet by looking at your BBT 🙂
