Ovulation question

Hi, quick question about ovulation, any advice would be appreciated.
so my cycle days are 33 days, and I usually ovulate on cycle day 20 every cycle without fail, I use opk’s to confirm and bbt. But this cycle I have ovulated on cycle day 13? Confirmed with opk’s and bbt again, I’m confused as to why I have ovulated a week early. I have also had light bleeding, lower back ache, a lot of stretchy discharge, just generally feeling a bit off. Is this a good sign or bad?? Please help 😭

Unfortunately the human body isn't an exact science and sometimes it does whatever it likes! One month I ovulated CD9 so I had barely finished my period and didn't manage many BD attempts in my fertile window because of it! See if your AF still comes the same amount of time after ovulation as usual and if its a one off I personally wouldnt worry too much.

Thank you for your reply, that’s the same as me I only finished my period Monday then ovulated today, so strange lol. Just more concerned about the pink spotting every time I go for a wee, never had that before
