Thought I’d make a new thread for those of us Ttc in April 2024. I know some of us will cross over from end of March to April ! Wishing everyone all the luck ✨❤️

@YaWeeFurryBastard BFN for me to I’m 13dpo periods due tomorrow xxx

An unexpected LH surge for me this morning. DH and I don’t have anything on this week so should have a good shot at it.

We’re going to take a break next month, this is because he is a best man out in a wedding in Australia (!) end of Jan/beg of Feb, which is when the due date would be. And obviously after 5 months of trying there is no guarantee of me getting pregnant, but also why take that risk? Sometimes taking a break can also be a bit of a reset I think.

Ideally I would go too as I have never been to Aus, so if I don’t get pregnant over the next few months that would be a bonus!

@MotherofGods @YaWeeFurryBastard sorry for the BFNs. Are you feeling any pre-AF symptoms?

9dpo is very low though in your case YWFB, but I understand the frustration!

@CoolSummer89 oh fab what part of aus? I lived there for 5 years, god I miss it at times such a gorge place! Reset is defo a good idea just think and it's good for the body!

I'm in the stages now of seeing if my tests are getting lighter or they might get darker. Think between today's and yest they look the same. Trigger should be out of my system by Friday I would say!

@Daniki Melbourne! I really want to go almost as much as I really want a baby so I think this is why I am remaining positive every month it doesn’t work out for us 😅

Does your trigger shot contain HCG? Is that why you are testing positive? Really hope this is your month have all my fingers and toes crossed for you!!

@CoolSummer89 oh lovely Melbourne is the Europe of aus 😂 nice to have a holiday out there too! I think having goals like that in mind is important it takes some of the pressure off! Yep it's 5000 units of HCG so they advise not to test for 2 weeks (🤭) but a lot of people just test it out to have a true picture of whether you will end up with a real positive or not! Also I'm a POAS addict there is no way I'd not be able to test 😂

@CoolSummer89 been crampy for the last week so can’t say that’s changed , woke up with a epic headache to but other then that I don’t feel much going either way xx

What a lovely way to look at it @CoolSummer89 ! I'm the same, will have a moth off next month to avoid a close birthday clash and it's almost relaxing to know I'll have a break!! Feel like I will definitely be out this month as I said yesterday I'm so so poorly with a ridiculous fever that I can't imagine is good for anything!!

Still so early tho @YaWeeFurryBastard I didn't get a very weak positive till 13dpo with my first with stark negatives up to that point.

@Daniki part of me wouldn't be able to help testing as well just to see the positives 🙈

Im 7dpo today and purposely didn't buy any tests so I couldn't waste them! That's how bad I am, lol. I'll treat myself to a frer nearer the time 😂

@YaWeeFurryBastard BFN again as well for me... trying my best to not hold out hope (my rational brain is telling me I'm out, but until AF arrives I can't 100% accept it)

@Daniki im going to try the CoQ10 this month and see what that does. I’m conscious of piling too many things in my body and throwing everything off!

I’m so excited.. my partners work trip has been delayed so we’re trying again this month!! Is there another thread already for January babies?

Not yet, perhaps time to start one? Is the TTC thread for when your fertile window is or when you would get a BFP? I'm never sure...

Sorry to see all the BFNs. I’m 9DPO and don’t plan to take any tests until AF is late, last month I tested from like 7DPO or something silly and it just made the disappointment worse

we're the same! When are you going to test? I'm going to try and hold out until Sunday but it will more likely be Sat!

@CoolSummer89 I know i guess there’s always overlap! I guess this thread is Christmas babies but people at the start of their cycle will now be looking at January!

a little late but hope I can join, looking for someone to talk to. I had a chemical pregnancy at the beginning of March and decided to get straight back to it, tested ovulation and ovulated as normal now on dreaded wait until next week.

I just feel like I can’t talk to my friends about how I am feeling, one of them had a traumatic miscarriage a week before me and the other found out she wa pregnant as we would have been due the same week. So feeling a little like I can’t speak to them and just dreading the disappointment after trying for a few months before our CM.

really hoping for a positive this month but just being realistic

@Superwomen95 it’s ok trying to stay calm , bare minimum CM and if any it’s thicker creamy, cervix is stil high firm and closed but easy at home pregnancy test say nope xx I don’t even feel like my period will be here tomorrow but I’m sure it will show it’s ugly face xxx

I am in the exact same boat as you. CP on 11 March and now 7dpo with no period in between. It’s mad how much a mc can affect your thinking. I’m counting down the days to test now but also worried about being deflated!

Literally feeling the same, counting down days till next week but also being mindful that AF might appear first which I know is just going to be so deflating

I am currently 5-6dpo got twinges in my tummy and feel very nauseous. Holding back the urge to test but I know it'll be a negative. TWW kills me every time 🙈

8dpo for me, it think! Negative this morning, possibly too early but I do feel like this isn't the month for us, it feels like AF is on her way
