Thought I’d make a new thread for those of us Ttc in April 2024. I know some of us will cross over from end of March to April ! Wishing everyone all the luck ✨❤️

We're ttc for a year and a half now since an mc after getting married.

No pregnancies since, I'm fully tested, perfect conditions, husband low motility.

It's exciting to think this month could mean Christmas babies for some of us!

Sometimes I find it hard to be excited after all this time. We're speaking to the doctor about IVF next week also, but always hoping it happens naturally 🙏

Still so early so lots of hope, happy birthday! 🥳

Oh @summersundays that sounds super tough/exhausting. I know IVF is so invasive, but I'm sure there will be some reassurance knowing that you are in hands of the experts. Best of luck for whatever decision you and your DH make

Thank you! That's so kind. Hopefully this month will give us a Christmas baby 🙏 but to be in the hands of professionals will definitely be reassuring it we go down the IVF route xx

@UnicornPrincessSarah Ah sorry it's such an anxiety-inducing time for you.

How many DPO are you again? I know it's 48 hours since your first test but HCG levels only double every 48 hours and different brands have different sensitivities so I would try and not read into it too much. Does your pre-natal vitamin contain biotin? Apparently this can reduce lines on positive tests.

I understand that you want to see progression but we all saw your faint line on Friday, so you are more than likely pregnant. Maybe wait until AF is due now so you can get a nice strong line in a few days and put your mind at rest. It's time to look after yourself!

Hi im either 9/ 13 DPO today so far I have only been using the wondfo tests took one Tuesday and Thursday both negatives then faint positived since 3pm Friday up to 10am this mounting

Pre mom has me ovulated 14th march flo has me 12th march going of pains and ECWM I had 12th and 13th march till afternoon think it was 12th march

Im not on any supplements this month taking a break from them.

Will wait now till AF is due and if she don't show will use one of the test I have from date of missed period.

I can't believe my eyes as I'm typing this but I got a very faint positive on a clear blue early test tonight at 11 dpo. Tried with some other cheaper basic pregnancy tests and unless my eyes are deceiving me there is some faint lines there too.

I don't even know how to feel, I am feeling every emotion there is. I am only 26 and last August I fell pregnant with our first baby which ended in a medical miscarriage due to a diagnosis of severe skeletal dysplasia at 20 weeks. Our little girl was born sleeping on Christmas day and it devastated us.

Praying that everything turns out okay this time & we can add to our family of us and our angel baby girl. Sending so much love to others our there trying to conceive, especially their rainbow babies ❤️🌈

Hi Ladies quick evening update dont know how long or if I did hold wee its still the same brand until tomorrow when I get to shops, but just taken this 8.56pm

Hopefully the 3pm test was dodgy and these test not dodgy like reviews suggest

That's a great line, maybe the earlier one was quite diluted!

Thanks im really not sure as i didn't think I had much to drink and did 3 hour hold, down 3 more cups of water since and not holding my wee and then this evening its like I'm back like wtf lol

@UnicornPrincessSarah I think in the early stages it's quite unpredictable so I'd try and not worry too much. I do remember with my pregnancies I would keep testing and panicking about lines!

@emmies86 happy birthday!! Sorry about your BFN but as you say it’s early so really doesn’t mean much at this stage. Fingers crossed!
@YaWeeFurryBastard im 1DPO today so we’re close in timelines! I’m going to test next Tuesday at 10DPO.

Hey everyone! Figured I'd quit lurking.

I've been TTC 4-ish years at this point. I finally decided to go to a fertility doctor December 2023. I ended up needing surgery to get a polyp removed. In the entire time I've been testing for ovulation (YEARS), I've never received a positive.

March 3rd was CD 3, and I began taking letrozole. Despite it being a LONG cycle, I finally got my first positive ovulation test on March 22nd!!! I'm now dealing with the TWW.

Fun fact (sarcasm)... There have been 7 pregnancies in my extended and immediate family since I've been TTC. End of April, I will be hosting a baby shower for my younger sister. I'm trying not to die inside. However, the positive ovulation test has really helped boost my spirits.

My fingers are crossed for all of us! ❤

@TryTheNight congratulations on your first ovulation. That must be exciting for you!

Arranging and attending a baby shower sounds very heavy emotionally on you right now, with everything you're going through. Does your sister know about your fertility issues? I'm surprised she'd have you arrange a baby shower for her given how would affect you. Your mental health must always come first Xx

It's great you're now under medical supervision, so are we, and it's good to feel you're doing something productive, isn't it Xx

Caved and took a test today at 9DPO. Negative but something is catching my eye... Remaining hopeful and will re-test later in the week...
