tedious persona question - sorry if it's been asked before

Hi as the title suggests - a quick persona question. My monitor showed the O symbol for yesterday and the day before but my temps do not back up having ovulated and I have a feeling ovulation will be delayed as I had two very stressful days just as the O symbol popped up (typical!).

The machine asked for a pee test this morning wich seems to be showing a ovulation type surge again. But the monitor did not show an O symbol again. Can the monitor show the O symbol for two seperate occaisions in the same cycle? Or is this not possible?

V.V. confused and would so much appreciate some advice - please am going mad ttc!!

The O symbol shows the LH surge iirc which means you are likely, but not guaranteed, to O in the next 24-48 hours.

So at the end of that time frame you could expect to have a temp rise, maybe tomorrow morning to back it up.

I have had the O sign for the first time this month today, expect to see it tomorrow and either O tonight or tomorrow, I've had a separate positive OPK too.

If you are trying to conceive it may be worthwhile getting an OPK as well, which is what I've done this month, as I'm not always convinced my Persona tells me the truth iykwim.

Thanks sorkycake, I did think maybe if I get a temp rise tomorrow the persona might not be wrong - but more specifically I wondered if the persona can show the egg symbol for 2 days then show it again later in the same cycle iyswim? Or does the machine only ever show one set of O symbols in one cycle.

I think I will get some opk stick thingies too!

It's only showed me it for one patch iyswim.

Last month was the first month it didn't show me at all and I was very stressed out and had a cycle 4 days longer than it normally is, so either I O later, or not at all.

It still gave me red days, just not the O sign.

hmm I think it can only show you the O symbol in one patch per cycle so I think I will have to get an OPK as my cycles have been 31/31/23 (the ones I have charted - been off contraception since October last year but didnt learn about charting til a couple of months trying and no pregnancy!) and currently on cd14 and getting really concerned about whats going on.

Have got a docs appointent booked for friday though so hopefully he will either reassure me or get me some tests - either way its progress!
