non stop cramping during TWW

Hi there,
I am currently on my TWW (hell!). I started experiencing very mild cramping (similar to period pains) not painful but noticible around day 19 of my cycle (I am currently on day 24) and still slightly have them. It can't be implantation as they only last 1-3 days.
Has anyone else experienced this with a BFP? I actually took a test today which was negative but my period isn't due for another 5 days (so probably a bit silly!)
I guess it could it be period pains? I have no other symptoms.
This is my 2nd cycle after having to have an abortion at 17 weeks as our baby wasn't well.
Any advice or help with be greatly appreciated.

@w0nderingwhen Hi. So sorry to hear about your baby, can’t imagine how hard that must have been.
I had BFP a last Tuesday, have been having cramps since about 6dpo and was convinced my period was coming. I’m still having them now and have been reassured it’s normal. Best of luck to you, hope it’s a good sign for you too!xx

hope yet, still very early. I had BFN last Monday, had a cry and tried to put it behind me and focus on the next month. Tested again on Tuesday just to be certain and it was positive! So much can change in a day xx

@w0nderingwhen good morning. I'm very sorry for your recent loss, and wishing you the best of luck this month. I'm currently 8w pregnant. My symptom story: About 8dpo, I started getting stomach cramps which I thought was odd as my period was still a week away. They were actually bad enough to wake me in the night. I tested positive (faint) at 11dpo, at 12dpo a clear blue digital said 1-2 weeks pregnant with first morning urine. I thought it was all very early, so I mention these dates cautiously to you as you can always ovulate earlier/later than expected. So stomach cramps were certainly a thing for me, but I was diagnosed with a UTI at 12dpo too, so it could be linked to that.

I didn't really feel much else, apart from my nipples were ever so slightly tender. My breasts didn't start change until about 6 weeks though.
