Early miscarriage? Trigger warning

I recently had multiple vvvvf positive tests with symptoms and a missed period around 10 days ago followed by pink and brown spotting.

Past few days tests have been negative and all symptoms have disappeared. Today I started bleeding EXTREMELY heavy with severe cramps and lower back pain. Is this an early miscarriage? I would be around 3 weeks pregnant.

I can't offer any advice as I have literally come on to ask the exact same thing. I would be about 3 weeks and had the same sort of spotting when I went the loo a few hours ago and since had bad back pain and stomach ache. One of my friends who is pregnant reckons it is implantation and is normal. It's my 3rd child and never remember being in this much pain. Got my fingers crossed for you!

Thank you, are you having heavy bleeding?

I’ve probably changed pads twice today. I really don’t know whether I need to see a GP? I did call them earlier and they wouldn’t see me. They asked me to go to a&e which seemed extreme.

I haven't had any bleeding since then, it was just when I wiped when I went the loo but got a lot of pain! I have had a miscarriage before around a similar time and I was told to ring the maternity unit who basically said 'yeah sounds like you're having a miscarriage' and I just had to ride it out myself. My friend was recently told they won't see you under 24 weeks for possible miscarriage, you've just got to deal with it at home which is so so bad
