Don't even know why I'm testing

I don't even know if I ovulated this month. CD36 and still waiting on AF 😔

I feel your pain, I have started these and they do not get any darker for me. Iv been on the mini pill for over 10 years and planning baby number 5 so I don’t have a clue wheres my cycle at. Im approachong 40 aswel so not got my hopes up much lol. I have never used these before so unsure how they work.

I am 40 this year too. I have used the OPK's and premom before, they can be quite helpful. I'm just frustrated with my body lol. When did you stop your pill?

@Theosmommy2011 I am on my first cycle so very early days for me but just wanted ro see where my body is at. I have the withdrawal bleed like clock work so just trying to guess really where my cycles at and if i even ovulate. Do you find them usefuk doing the tests then? Iv never used them before but now im older I do worry my body has been through enough ha. Was you on the pill? How long have you been teying x

@Xxfifixx89 I have been trying for 2 years this time. I have endometriosis and adenomyosis which are making things more difficult this time around. I do find the OPK's useful and tracking my temp with a BBT thermometer. Just so I can pin point ovulation really. Not done them for the last couple of months though

@Theosmommy2011 when do you test your temperature? I have been reading about this x

@Xxfifixx89 it says in the calendar on the app to do it from cycle day 1 but I just used to do it everyday anyway. First thing in the morning, before you get up. So I would have mine right at the bedside. I tracked my BBT for my last pregnancy too which worked well

@Theosmommy2011 and what happens with tracking temp? Does it rise alot or drop?

@Xxfifixx89 you'll get a rise after ovulation and the app will formulate a baseline for you. Then it will drop again when af comes

@Theosmommy2011 think i got my peak today, it looks very dark to me
