Evening all. I am planning on going for IUI in Europe in Summer. In advance of this, I'm trying to make lifestyle changes that might help with conception. I exercise regularly and eat well, although I could certainly cut out treats / caffeine / wine. My question is does anyone have any advice or tips to help with conception? I've started taking folic acid. I'm confused with people mentioning aspirin for example. I am 37 so a bit worried that time is not on my side but the plan is to give it a few rounds and so I'm trying to get my health and well-being as best as possible

Hi, I’m also 37. I downloaded the audio book ‘it starts with the egg’ which is a bit OTT in places but has some good advice too. I mean there’s a lot on like avoiding plastics etc which can be unrealistic but I think the supplement recommendations etc are probably good. The idea is basically about making as healthy an egg as pos.
