Hi all, I am so confused. Period was due yesterday, had faint positives along with symptoms for a week. No period and I’ve just done this test from Morrisons. Thoughts? Do I need to see a GP?

I can see a line, I’d try take a digital test that predicts weeks.
With my second pregnancy my tests didn’t get darker until I was a week late.

It looks positive to me, my first positives were on a Morrisons cheap test and they were fainter than that.

They’ve disappeared now after the time scale, however during the 5 minute time window this was the line.

my clear blue digital last week was negative?

I’m so unsure, I did a digital CB last Saturday and that was negative. My partner says he can’t see anything I feel like I’m going crazy. Period definitely should of been here by yesterday / today

Some digital tests are not very sensitive so if you took one a week before your period then it probably would just show as negative.
Try first thing in the morning and see what it says. In my experience, Cheaper tests can face very quickly,

If it were me I would go out and get a clearblue digital early detection, not the one that says how many weeks but the one that says pregnant or not pregnant. You might be too early for a weeks indicator but the other digital type should detect HCG way before your missed period. I did this after using a Morrisons cheapie as I needed to see the words 😂

I did, I used that last Saturday which was negative! X

I know you did it last week but might have been too early to tell. Are you testing early or is your period late?

My period was due yesterday. They weren’t that regular however since November I’ve had periods every 4 weeks. This one hasn’t arrived x

Then I’d try take a digital test now to see. I didn’t get any positive tests until I missed my period so it might have been too early for you to test last week.

Hostilehabitat · 02/03/2024 20:39

Yes last Saturday was a full week ago which might have been too early if your period was only due today. I only got a positive digital (even early detection) 2 days before my period.
