Hiya,
Would love your advice.. my husband and I have been TTC since May ‘23. I have “very mild” PCOS with 32-45 day cycles. I know I ovulate in shorter cycles as I got pregnant last July (MMC at 13 weeks) and I did a Day 21 progesterone test this month which confirmed ovulation. But I don’t know if I ovulate in the longer ones.

I saw a private gynae yesterday who prescribed Clomid to use if I want to to “speed things up a bit.”

Question is should I go for it?
I’m 30 with good follicle count and amh, so not in a mad rush physically. But since the miscarriage I’ve been longing to get pregnant and the long cycles and BFNs are taking quite a toll :(

Basically if you tell me there are loads of downsides (thin uterine lining? Birth defects? Terrible mood swings?) it’s not worth it for me, but if it’s just an opportunity to regulate things and give me a few more chances then I’d love to do it.

xx
