Hey, so I had my first reflexology appointment a week before ovulation. I did enjoy it so I have booked another during my tww, about a week after ovulation. This is obviously around the time implantation may happen. Is reflexology ok at this stage? My reflexologist has said it’s fine but I am reading conflicting information and she hasn’t stated she would do anything differently at that stage of the cycle.
