HELP!! Positive ovulation before period

Honestly got no idea what’s happening with my cycle!!?
I had a solid smiley CD15 & then ive had flashing smileys from 3DPO & Im 10DPO, negative HPK & then a positive ov test!! Honest to god 🤣🤣 Has anyone had the same?

Sometimes you can show positive for ovulation when you're pregnant. Have you taken an early detection pregnancy test?

You're supposed to stop testing once you get your peak with the digital ones as it takes your next reading to be the start of a new cycle (from what I remember).

I think there is also a spike in LH that some women have just before their period comes.

Why are you doing ovulation tests after you have ovulated?

I was told to by my GP as I often have second surges due to hormonal issues. Never this close to my period tho

Ah maybe I need to use strips rather than digitals! That makes sense!!

A flashing smiley on the cb digital is reading oestrogen I believe, not LH?
