TTC with vaginismus & PCOS

Hi everyone,
First post. I am 31, DH also 31. TTC since September 2022 but haven't really been preventing before that. Started fertility investigations in October 2023. Found out I have vaginismus and also PCOS. Anyone go through anything similar and have success conceiving?

I have both. It can very frustrating. I've had so many tests and everytime they inserted the speculum they couldnt get it in as my muscles got so tight and pushed it out due to my vaginismus.
I have pcos also . I went through ivf in October and the ivf itself was a breeze but the vaginismus posed the biggest challenge when it came to internal scans and the egg collection itself as they have to clamp you. Mines is quite severe tho as I struggle to even use light teen tampons as I push them out .
I did achieve a natural pregnancy but miscarried a year ago and I'm currently now 20 weeks from my ivf round

@LiIacMoon I'm sorry to hear you miscarried but it is reassuring that you managed to concieve naturally. Have you looked into home insemination to address the vaginismus at all?
