I’ve been tracking bbt for a while, and always thought that ovulation was the day before the temperature rise above coverline - is that correct? The last few months my NC app has predicted that I’ve ovulated a day or two after the first rise above cover line and I thought that was wrong??
In this months bbt chart I think I ovulated on day 20 judging by the temps (Cm dried up by day 19 though- I don’t know if that makes any difference?), what are your thoughts? NC thinks it’s day 22. It also increased my coverline this month to a higher temp which also confused me as the coverline used to be 36.6.
Thank you for any wisdom you may have to share! Just want to make sure I haven’t been timing DTD incorrectly after all this time 😂
