Change in cycle after MC?

I had a very early MC at the beginning of Jan at just under 6 weeks. Since then I've noticed some unusual symptoms in my cycles that I have never had before. I have been cramping from 2dpo right through to day 1 AF both times and I have been experiencing 3 days of spotting before my AF starts which has never happened to me before either. Before the MC my cycle had been consistent for years with no cramps or spotting. Just wondering if anyone else had noticed any changes after a MC?

I'm sorry for your loss, I've experienced exactly the same, I had a miscarriage at 10 1/2 weeks in December, I've had 2 periods since and both had cramping and spotting 3/4 days on the run up to AF it's cruel as we're ttc again so it gives me false hope each time.

@SanityChecks I’m so sorry for your loss. I had a change in cycle with my first mc with strange spotting for a couple of months until I got pregnant with my dad. I had my second mc at the end of Jan, I’ve had a weird month of symptoms and cramps and yesterday got ovulation pain 4.5 weeks after my mc and got a positive opk, which was strange, along with quite intense period pain.
i think things are just all over the place as our bodies adjust to not being pregnant any more and hopefully should settle down back to a normal cycle ( or not if ttc) x
