Are Long term Pre-conception tablets ok?

Does anyone know if you can be on these for too long or is that not a concern at all?

just wondering if anyone has been on them long term while have IVF etc and have had any medical opinions on them?

Both of us have been taking pregnacare his and hers for a while but are not ready to start ttc yet. Was originally on proceive which will go back to probably just before actually ttc but it’s ££.

I don’t want to have the compete opposite effect! I’m sure it’s fine but has anyone got any experience?

Why are you taking them if you're not TTC? The only important one is for you to to take folic acid, if you are TTC. if you are taking them to improve your health, far better to get those nutrients from a healthy diet.

Still deciding if we will ttc and didn’t want to wait another few months from that decision being made to build up pre-c vitamins that’s all no other reason really!
