FRER line? Indent line? Or the beginning of a BFP?

TW: CP, BFP, line eyes

Background: last cycle had a CP (29th Jan) and was devastated. Got ahead of myself, was very excited. Never had a positive test before so didn’t even think of worst-case scenarios. Decided to start trying straight away after reading about potential higher chances of fertility post CP.

This month it was difficult to track my ovulation and BBT around ovulation because I had night shifts. And my OPK never got dark only got 0.39 13th feb (so may have missed it). I use NC and my ovulation date moved from 14th to 19th Feb, but as I say wasn’t able to BBT properly or get an high OPK. I could be 11DPO going off my OPK or if the new NC prediction is correct on 6DPO. Or somewhere inbetween 😔

I am currently CD 25 AF would usually come CD26-CD29 not sure how the CP will have affected it. I have had some symptoms (mane nausea and tiredness) and a higher than usual temp spike today similar to last cycle.

Decided to take a FRER with my partner, he saw the dye run and states he a grey line appear even before it reached the control. I waited till 3 mins and saw a faint line

Went to look at the test after an hour and the line disappeared now I don’t know what to think.

Evap line? Indent line? Or the beginning of a BFP?

Anyone had this before? Feeling very confused atm.

btw I’ve had several friends tell me night shifts mess with their cycles. Long haul travel messes with mine. Our bodies are very sensitive!

@NCave ive just gone through a chemical (last week) so I really feel for you. It really strips away a lot of the joy when seeing a bfp doing it. I can imagine the anxiety.

@ToeBeans24 I am so sorry to hear about your CP it really is heartbreaking, praying you are okay, well as okay as you can be, given the circumstances ❤️this month has been challenging and slow, especially not knowing how it will affect your cycle, so if you need to chat just post a message on here and will get back to you. Thank you for taking the time to comment, I am impatiently waiting for more tests to come today, will test and will test again tomorrow morning. Only thing helping me chill out a little is my cat she is obsessed with me. She has not wanted anything to do with me since the CP. anyway sending you sending you love and baby dust for when you are ready ✨✨

Haha about the cat. As you can probs tell from my name I am very fond of them! Funny you mention about your cat and the CP. I was expecting mine to be all over me after my BFP as they can apparently “sense” it but she was the opposite. Maybe she knew it was a CP 😞 And hopefully that is positive news that your cat is obsessed with you this cycle!! 🐾

@ToeBeans24 just got the name haha so cute! It’s amazing that cats are so in tune - one way or the other.

Perhaps mine was just comforting me because I took a test this morning BFN I can’t really bear the unknowing of it all I think I will just wait. Either AF will soon appear or I will test again on the weekend 😔
