Would be great to also hear any success stories after not having any sign of a +ve for a year or more!

Anyone ttc for a year or more?

Didn't think it was going to be this challenging, any tips to keep spirits up?

I’ve been trying since April after having the implant removed (back to back for seven years).Although I know it’s not been a year yet, I can feel that year mark approaching starting to lost hope. My sister in law just announced she was having a baby over the weekend and although I’m super happy for them, the disappointment that comes along with it is heart breaking.
Sorry I’ve not had any constructive to add but I just wanted to message to say I get it xx

@Kp1345, thank you so much for the reply. 😊 I can empathise fully! And what a coincidence, a family member of mine also announced a pregnancy just before the weekend, I know exactly how it feels. The thing is, we never know what other people's circumstances are like, so best to not compare (although easier said than done).

Just starting a new cycle now and trying to be positive!

Hi- nice to hear from you! So this month seems to have been a big month information wise, we got some private testing done and found out my AMH is very low for my age. So that’s been complete shock and obviously I’ve been on a spiral on the internet. Contacted the gp and I’ve got blood tests booked and then I think they will make a referral to the fertility clinic.
Saying that, I’ve just got a postive OPK so ready get to it for the next two days and pray it will have a positive outcome haha! My heads all over the place really but we got told to keep trying naturally so feeling more hopeful than I did a few weeks ago.
How are you getting on? Xx

Aw, it can be very confusing looking it up on the internet but hard not to, right? It's really good that you have an answer that explains why it's taking longer! That's a great step forward as the fertility clinic specialists will be able to help you with that. You might not even need any help and you could conceive while you wait for an appointment, many people said that knowing the reason it's taking longer took the pressure off and soon after got a BFP! Sending you lots of positivity, seems like you'l have a busy time over the next few days, haha. 🌟🌟

I had another BFN, but got the first Triphasic chart, so hoping it's getting closer. My charts at the start were a mess as my hormones were unbalanced, but seems like my diet changes paid off. Like you, I'm a bit more hopeful, it will happen for both of us at some point and it will be even more special after all this wait and effort! 💛

I've done my day 2 and day 21 tests a few months ago. Is that what your GP asked you to do? 🙂
