Barely any CM.

I have noticed that I don't really have alot of CM coming up to ovulation or around ovulation. We do use pressed when baby dancing to help.
But I'm wondering has anyone ever had this and still conceived or had barely any CM and done anything to help it?
I do drink lots of water around fertile week and the lead up etc.

We've been trying now over a year & still nothing. I have had 21 day tests done and confirmed ovulation.
I just want to know if there's anything I can do to help CM.

Yep I had this issue. My solution was taking evening primrose and red clover capsules up to the time I got a peak on ovulation tests. I noticed a huge difference straight away in that I actually got EWCM for the first time 😂

Two months later I was pregnant with my son. 15 months in total trying for him and that was the only thing I changed vitamin wise.

I did also have a hycosy two months before which could have been another helping factor.

@TheBirdintheCave I'm taking wellwomen conception and so is my partner, I must look into getting evening primros, where did you get the red clover?
We are waiting until May and the both my partner and I are going to see our doctors for tests. Hoping it doesn't come to that and we are pregnant before then. Thank you lovely!xx

Hi,

I have noticed as I get older than I hardly have any either. We were using preseed when I feel pregnant with my first baby but sadly we lost her to a chromosome problem at 14 weeks. We’ve just found out today that we are pregnant again, 4 cycles after.

I don’t know if it helped but I took ubiquinol 600mg from Amazon, just on my third month of that. We also tried Conceive Plus lube for the first time this month. Hubby didn’t like it but it’s done the job!

@MrsScotland first I am so sorry for your loss! Sending lots of love!

Congratulations also, I love hearing people on mumsnet have got their BFP!
I'm afraid of taking alot of other vitamins with pregnacare incase it messes up my cycle. Its so hard to know what's best for your body but I will look onto those in amazon if this cycle isn't it.
I got my peak this morning on CD15 and we used preseed last night when BDing and it was the first time my partner couldn't preferom with it he said it was too much so had to wipe with a towel and then go again, thankfully he preformed and again today. Just need to cover tomorrow and Monday and im hoping this is it.

My peak this morning was 1.70 highest I have ever gotten. If this cycle isn't it I will introduce new vitamins next month.

With ubinoqol do you take it the only month like a normal vitamin?

Grapefruit juice used to be suggested for this and I do recall it making a difference for me. Might be worth a try?

Nmmck93 · 24/02/2024 16:44

@Itsachange I actually remember trying that before Christmas but it just ended up leaving me with really bad acid reflux. Might give it another go just and suck it up on the lead up to next cycle x
