Cycles after MMC

Hi all,
I had a MMC at 10wks in November.
Since then I’ve had 1 AF (it took over a month for my HCG levels to drop)
I’ve not been tracking ovulation as I find it can make me worry.

It’s now been 32 days since my last AF started. I’m not pregnant.
I don’t know if I need to be worrying about this? And if a doctor will just say I need to wait.
Not sure what my cycles were like pre pregnancy, as I conceived quickly after stopping the pill.

Any advice on whether similar happened to any of you would be good to hear.

A normal cycle is up to 35 days. Prior to my MMC 2 weeks ago mine were around 32 days but I fully expect they'll be all over the place. Still positive on a pregnancy test so no idea when I'll get mine.

Sorry to hear about your MMC, it's such an awful thing. Also I know my comment didn't really help much but just wanted to let you know what was normal for me before my MMC.

@jellyfish2 I’m really sorry to hear about your MMC too.
From what I’ve read, cycles can be disrupted after MC, but time seems to be going so slowly, and then I start to worry. And worrying can’t be helping with it all!

It's just a complete worry full stop. I'm already worrying how anxious I'll be when next pregnant and I'm not even there yet!

@jellyfish2 haha same!
It’s a roller coaster of emotions that’s for sure
