Anyone else have to keep telling themselves this?

Ever since deciding to TTC is just not working out to dtd during ovulation. First cycle we were seeing visiting the in-laws, this cycle husband is poorly and I've just looked for next ovulation prediction and we are due to be visiting and staying with family again.

I just keep telling myself, the time will come. Trying not be disheartened that poor husband is ill, bless him.

Anyway is anyone else in the same boat?

You can try in advance of ovulation day, but otherwise just do it quietly at your family’s? Cycle I got pregnant my in laws were staying here. Needs must!

I conceived from dtd around 4 days prior to ovulation (or the symptoms of ovulation) - was quite surprised as it's the only time we did it that month! I would just dtd when you can and it feels right, so it doesn't get too stressful

First time I got pregnant was DTD Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Needs must, if you want it, grab the chance!

Oops, forgot to add the last sentence - we were staying at MIL's over the holidays with our bed pressed right up against the wall of their room 😆.
