Faint positive pregnancy tests but feel like I’m coming on my period with cramps?!

I missed my period yesterday, I only have short cycles and have been getting a bunch of faint positives but really feel like my periods coming I have cramps!!

I had really bad cramps and thought I was coming on when pregnant so could just be that x

I think that's normal.

I was convinced I was getting my period because of cramps for the first couple weeks after positive test. Still pregnant.

I had terrible period like cramps with my first pregnancy. I was certain my period was irregular again but two days late and I got a strong positive test.

I had cramps for the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy, it’s completely normal it’s your uterus stretching out. The midwife warned me of this at my booking appointment. I also had a lot of pressure in my cervix plus a bit of spotting, bloating and spots just like when I’m getting my period. I’m 32 weeks now.
