Implantation cramps

Only 6dpo but yesterday had some "stitch" like pains in my right side and now this morning I feel like I've been doing 100 sit ups in my sleep. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be implantation or am I just imagining things 😅?

My implantation cramps were just like af cramps but not constant. I would get a cramp or two per day from 7dpo to end of week 4. I did also get stitch pains mainly on one side.

@onethingonly I had this too! But that was on 1 (maybe 2) DPO which would be far too early for implantation. I’m at 8 DPO now. Felt exactly like I’d done a bunch of sit ups 😂

I’ve been getting stabs/twinges in or near my left ovary today.

Fingers crossed @purplecolouroffunk I mean if I wasn't TTC would I even have noticed it? Can't remember ever having these pains well in advance of AF tho 🤔 told myself I wasn't testing until like 10dpo at the earliest. 🤦🏻‍♀️

@onethingonly yes that’s the thing - I feel like I don’t usually notice this stuff and I’m just so hyper aware 😂 It’s so annoying!

I also said 10dpo earliest to test and then tested today like an idiot 😂 I might wait until Sunday or something to test again.

I had similar on the day after ovulation (according to Fertility Friend app chart / just by doing bbt).

I felt like I had done 100 sit ups! But I had been to a toddler inflatable place morning before so thought maybe it was from that, but now I've seen this post! Made me quite excited 💕
I'm only DPO 4 now, but exciting!

Oh that’s so interesting that that’s 3 of us saying about the sit ups thing now! I wonder if ours were anything to do with ovulation.

We were only able to DTD on ovulation day this month so part of me was like ooh is this fertilisation?! 😂 But I’ve read a lot that you can’t really feel that or have any sense of it.

I’m 9dpo now and have had pretty much consistent low level cramps since ovulation which is unusual for me. Had some light-medium bleeding for 4 days now though, but don’t think it’s AF. I’m a luteal spotter though so it’s not unusual for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

@purplecolouroffunk same, DTD day of ovulation and 2 days before. Originally my app (friend fertility) said I ovulated Sunday, but after last few days due to my basal body temps it changed it to Monday, so fingers crossed that's ok.

I've previously only got to 9 DPO but last cycle got to 13DPO, so hoping my luteal phase stays this long now.

How's everyone doing today? 9dpo ... negative test (why do I do it?!).

Symptoms today: heavy, sore breasts with some ? Burning feeling at times? Pelvic feeling of fullness/dragging almost like my bladder is constantly full.

These may all be in my head though... 🤣

@onethingonly same!! 10dpo, tested this morning with first pee and negative. Not surprising 😂

I don’t know if I’m just in denial this month or not. Pink bleeding since 6dpo but it’s just never stopped or turned into AF one of which it would usually do. I think if that was implantation bleeding I’d definitely have a positive by now.

Oh that’s so interesting about your luteal phase getting longer. Is there anything you did differently the month you got to 13dpo?

Mine is sometimes as short as 6dpo which makes me worry. No idea how that gives anything time to stick. I’m waiting for progesterone results.

I’m 10dpo - also a person that uses bbt, although didn’t this morning because by this point in the cycle I feel it disrupts my sleep a bit.
like you @purplecolouroffunk I’ve had pale spotting since around 6 dpo, on and off. This has made me a little hopeful, I’ve been pregnant twice (one live birth, one MMC) and both times I had this pattern. However today I have had a bit of a rush of blood (sorry tmi) which could mean af is coming early - although not due until Mon/Tues.
I haven’t tested yet as it’s torture to test early!! And yet I am losing willpower by the hour!

We’re in a very similar situation I think! I now can’t decide if this is spotting or AF cause it seems slightly too much for spotting but not red/dark enough for AF. That’s super encouraging that’s been a pattern for you though.

What colour was the blood that rushed today? And don’t worry no such thing as TMI here!! ❤️

Also I’m not due ‘proper AF’ til next Thursday.

@purplecolouroffunk its always bright red for me. That was the case in the other pregnancies too, including small clots. I think people vary a lot in terms of how much they spot before (and after) a bfp but I have usually needed a pad.

@CurlyWurly1991 interesting. That must have been a shock when you got a positive test? How long has the bleeding lasted with your previous pregnancies?

The only reason I have a vague feeling I’m still in this month is because I’ve been feeling queasy which is unusual for me unless I have caffeine before food or get on a bus/train 😂 But I might just be in full-blown denial.

Oh that and crazy mood swings. I cried yesterday because I couldn’t find the inbox in a piece of new software I was using 😂😂

@purplecolouroffunk yeah you just don’t know until you get that bfp. I have actually just had a very faint positive (without holding) as if this is a chemical I wanted to have a record that I had at least conceived. I have felt very off, had weird unusual headache, and the IB. But if the bleeding continues to get heavier I guess it won’t work out 😞

I've just had a nosebleed, could be totally unrelated. 🙄🤣

Oh that’s really exciting!! I really hope that line gets thicker for you. I have everything crossed. Which type of test did you use?

Hey can I join in! I am 7 maybe 8 dpo.. from 4 dpo I had pink and brown discharge which is way too early however its not stopped but only small amounts! Was sick today as welll.

We are awaiting fertility treatment in the summer so feeling more relaxed.

I am thinking I have a luteul defect as 3x prev miscarriage and never made more then 10dpo! I also had raised prolactin in my bloods but not "concerningly" high.

That sounds super similar to me - I’ve had pink bleeding since about 6dpo this month. I feel nauseous too but haven’t been sick. That could be a good sign for you!

I’m the same as you and wonder if I have a luteal defect too. I haven’t experienced a miscarriage before as we’ve just started TTC but I have no idea how my short luteal phase will let anything stick. I guess we’ll find out!

@purplecolouroffunk I just used a cheap internet strip I got on Amazon, I think they are 10miu… similar to frer in terms of sensitivity.
I had mild AF type cramping around 6-8dpo, eased off now it’s just light cramps and a feeling of pressure.
My spotting seems to have stopped after this morning so hoping this lil bean sticks!!

@purplecolouroffunk I am all good, just got to keep going.. been on the journey for 2 years nearly!

When I spoke to Gynae they said there is no such thing as a "short luteal phase" which is a load of crap haha! If you dont have many days then of course your chance of implantation is low. I did use progesterone suppositories and these gave me the full 14 days however didnt get pregnant on those cycles.

I just think having this pink discharge so early cant mean anything positive surely? It makes me more concerned that progesterone is dropping low to have bleeding? Its such a mind field! Have you ever checked your cervix position?
