I was hoping somebody may be able to help me make sense of what is happening.
i have a regular 28 day cycle and have done for years. I removed my copper coil last summer, had a couple of months where my cycle changed slightly after then back to normal.
I haven’t been tracking ovulation, I’m now 5 days late, pregnancy tests are coming back negative. Yesterday I thought my period had began but it was literally just a wipe (tmi sorry!) and nothing since.
Really unusual for me to have any changes to my cycle so not sure what is going on. Could I have ovulated late?
Very confused please help 😅
