Painkillers and ttc

I was wondering what Painkillers are safe to take while ttc. I'm a migraine sufferer and I would normally take cocodamol but obviously not gonna do that right now. I'm in my tww. Thanks

midwife told me they only say paracetamol is safe.

I don't think I'd take anything with codine in it during TWW but it says that sort term use is ok:

Thanks I've tried paracetamol it doent do allot but at leadt its something. I also take amitriptyline 10mg every night as my migraines are chronic and pharmacist said that was OK.
