Helloo! Ooo good luck! Have you used the OPKs before? I’m on CD1 today, going to try using the clear blue OPK for the first time this month, third month trying how about you? :)

Hi, currently CD24, cycle length usually around 29 days. Planning to start TTC first baby next cycle - been waiting a long time to be in the right position to start trying, so very excited! Due to ovulate early March

@RW269 yes this will be my second month using opks found them really helpful. I use both the strips and the clear blue and they have matched up. Did have flashing smiley for 9 days which was so frustrating 😅 also my third month. A can be a bit obsessive so trying my best to chill out

@RW269 fingers crossed third time lucky for us 🤞🏻 yes first baby. Have been pregnant before Dec 22 which was a surprise but early mc which spurred us on to actually try. Will it be your first ?

@JadeA1993 Awwh I’m so sorry to hear that! Yes, first one for us too, We’ve been wanting to try for a while but had a run of job swaps and house moving it just never seemed the right time and now we’re like so ready haha!

Hi guys, just joining from the February thread!

Cycle 1 for us (March will be cycle 2). Still getting my head around the whole ovulation and TWW stuff. My cycles have been all over the place for years due to PCOS but have been around 26-30 days for about a year now.

Multiple apps keep telling me that I ovulate at different times (CD 8, CD 12, CD 17), so I have no idea what's right and what's not. Don't want to get sucked into OPKs and BBT just yet, trying to relax whilst I can - it's only been 1 cycle so far.

Took a test yesterday out of curiosity and was a BFN. No idea what DPO it was, but around CD22 at the moment. AF due this weekend/early next week.

Feeling ok about the BFN, I have a half marathon in March so I kind of wanted to get that over and done with first!

We have been trying to conceive for 2 years since coming off Depo. I am due to start Letrozole as I have had no + ovulation tests.

Period was due yesterday however never came and got these ovulation test peaks in the last 2 days. DTD just incase but now no idea when my period is due 🙈.

Hey everyone! My next cycle will start towards the end of Feb so I'm getting the jump on it joining this group early 😄 not had the best TTC journey so far so no longer have any expectations, but hope to be pregnant by August as that'll be 1 year of trying again since my most recent miscarriage in July last year. @WonderingAboutBabies thats only thing with apps the predicted ovulation. I actually find the OPKs less stress so I know exactly what’s going on. I’m similar cycle wise 26-30 after coming off the pill late August

i made a group for Feb for TTC#1. Sadly BFN for me yesterday at 12DPO and crampy today so I’m sure AF will come on time tomorrow.

feb was cycle 1 of ttc #1 so onto cycle 2!

keeping everything crossed. It’s something I’ve wanted for so long. I’m 33 🤞🏻

Can I join ☺️? TTC#2 and very excited about it. Was originally going to wait untill the summer but me a DH decided we couldn't wait any longer! We didn't use protection last month but avoided ovulation time (not hard with a one year old who's not a fan of their own cot 😂) but going to actively try this month. We were lucky enough to conceive cycle #1 last time so need moral support for when it likely doesn't happen like that again. CD1 and ready to roll

1st was very much unexpected and my 2nd happened within 6 months but with much more stress, opks, chemicals etc.

Hoping to relax a bit more this time round as it starts to feel so long and disappointing otherwise

I'm with you RE not using opks + tracking quite yet! My plan is to just DTD every other day after my period finishes and if I get ovulation symptoms like ewcm or bloating then we'll ramp it up 😂

Great that you have a race to look forward to. I'm planning on keeping up with my running routine too and have a race in May. There's so much more evidence and advice that promotes maintaining your usual exercise regime throughout pregnancy now (if you feel like it!)

@pleurotus Yes that's our plan too but it was a bit scuppered this month with my DH catching the flu. Still tried our best though.

Absolutely, I'm considering booking another half mara to keep me motivated through the summer. Still planning on running as much as I can but I've decreased the intensity for now... no more chasing PBs!

Just a quick Q to anyone who may know the answer...

Say our AF is supposed to arrive 14 days after ovulation... and I'm currently 7 days away from my AF, does this mean I'm likely 7DPO?

If so... might not be out for this month as I must have tested at 4DPO - but I thought it was 11 DPO. So confusing!!!

Hi,
I am similar to you in that I have PCOS and have had relatively regular cycles for the past year.
I think with your question about DPO, it depends on your luteal phase, which is average 14 days but can vary and also predicted day of period can be incorrect if just on the app. I tend to have quite obvious ovulation symptoms and don’t plan on doing OPKs either to start with

Ladies can I ask for all line eyes primed and ready. Don’t know if I’m seeing things or being hopeful. Thought I was out this month as AF due today. Been crampy for few days but nothing. Had a spare test so on a whim did one this aft (therefore not FMU).

am I imagining? Would line be darker if af due today??

Looks promising to me! Hopefully it progresses well. Have you got any more tests to take with FMU tomorrow?
