Hi

I'm still fairly new to ovulation testing. Using the pre-mom app and easy@home test strips. Predicted ovulation day for this cycle was today but I've just added this mornings ovulation test and it's now shifted ovulation day to be tomorrow.

We have DTD on cycle days 12, 15 and 16 so far. Should we aim to DTD again today (day 17) or tomorrow to maximise chances?

I should add that last month my peak ovulation test was only 0.80.

Thanks ☺️

Test again now to see if you have found your peak yet. I tend to get highest readings around 8pm.

NHS says to dtd every day throughout your cycle to maximise chances and I've read about giving a chance for sperm to replenish every other day.

Sperm Meets Egg method says to dtd every other day until you get a peak then to do it that day and the next two days, miss a day then try once more.

So, if you haven't got a peak yet today I'd say you're alright to have a rest. Unless you both feel like it if course!
We've run into some challenges and pressure around desire vs need and I managed sperm meet egg this month with a combination of having sex the traditional way and a bit of at home insemination.

It's tricky to always be in the mood especially when you ovulate later than day 14 and every other day really becomes a bit too routine!

Hello,
I have also only just started measuring ovulation and feel a little confused by the results.
on pre mom, one tab says high for these results, and another says low? They seem to have dropped again this evening so wondering if I could have had my peak, even though the app says low? What do you think? Is the line not dark enough?

@Anon87628
What brand of tests are you using?
I log mine in the "other" tab as they aren't premom or easy@home. I believe they work differently to each other too.

Are your cycles usually quite long? I'm a bit confused by the dates on your images.
