Need advice for situation with my GP

Hi everyone.

I'm 26 and have been TTC with my fiance for 10 months now. In that 10 month duration, I have had 3 chemical pregnancies. I have PCOS, too, which I feel is relevant to this discussion. I get a period every 57 to 61 days.

I went in to my GP in December to chat with her about TTC. At the time I was going through my second chemical and she confirmed it for me by having me take a pregnancy test which was completely negative. I broke down crying and she seemed somewhat sympathetic. I say somewhat because she told me she cannot help me until it has been one year ttc. My other GP said she'd help me after 8 months of TTC (I wasn't trying at that point), however she was on maternity leave at the time of this appointment.

She used the whole "you're still young and have plenty of time still" crap and sent me on my way. Now, I have had my third chemical and it's been 10 months. I'm now on cycle day 57 and I cannot even begin to express how exhausted I am. I have a very negative relationship with my own mother (who told me during my second chemical that it wasn't even a baby and asked why I was crying) and feel like I have no one to help me and confide in.

To those of you who have suffered the same situation as I am currently, how should I approach this situation with my GP? I know this isn't particularly the correct way to word it but how do I have her do something about it? I know people are their own individuals and you can't make them do anything so I'm saying is there a good way I can approach this? Do I have a good case having had 3 chemicals? Or is it better to wait the last two months? Thank you in advance. Not sure where else to turn.

Also, what should I ask her for help with? I have an appointment on Thursday with her. Sorry to bother you all but like I said, I have no women in my life to ask.

I should also add my last two chemicals have been two cycles in a row.

Being completely honest I would ask to see a different gp and say it's been a year
I feel for you op, been there.
