Ovulation help

Hi everyone, I’m trying to conceive after a MMC towards the end of last year. I’ve had 1 period since.
I’m new to ovulation tracking & very confused. I don’t think I’ve ovulated as not had a peak, but my tests have been looking practically the same every day. I have been testing as soon as I wake up, as unable to test at work so not sure if that’s affecting anything.
Does anyone have any advice? May I have missed ovulation? Or perhaps since the MC I’m not back in a regular cycle

Bumping in the hope someone with more experience with OPKs thinks whether I have tested at the wrong times & missed my peak, or if it’s still to come

I dont know much about opks as new myself. It looks like your body was gearing up to ovulate a few times but been unsuccessful. How long were your cycles before MMC ?

Also my reading is usually higher (around 0.40) if I hold wee as long as 6 hours. Not sure if this is higher/lower for others

I was on the pill for many years & got pregnant within 2/3 months of stopping it so I’ve not had a regular cycle in so long I wouldn’t know what is normal for me, as they didn’t go into a regular pattern after the pill. Was hoping opks would shed some light but its not
