Lightening crotch feeling? Hmm?

Has anyone experienced this and then had a BFP? This is new to me but all day on and off I've been shocked by what feels like shooting stabbing pains in my vagina area at the bottom, it is so strange, like that feeling you get in your bum sometimes? I'm 2 days late. Waiting to test. Also experiencing headaches xx

I’d take a test to double check, especially if you’re already 2 days late.
Ive had it a few times, sometimes whilst pregnant and other times when my period is about to start.
