Woke up to one really sharp shooting pain in lower abdomen I’m 6dpo - could it be implantation?

I had a really random sharp pain before finding out I was pregnant this time. So could be!

I had a really restless nights sleep last night, which is unusual for me and was woken in the early hours by one really sharp pain in my abdomen on the left. I'm 6 dpo today and have had a few twinges on that same side throughoutthe day. Wondering if it could be a sign if could ve a sign of Implantation.
