Has anyone had this symptom and is it a sign of implantation?!

I have had sore boobs on and off, nothing right now but last night I got one shooting pain quite low down so bad it woke me up and since I’ve got really bad period like cramps. Is it a sign?!

It could be a sign. Only way you'll find out is a test when period is due. Good luck

That's my usual pre-AF symptoms! The months I got BFP, I had no symptoms prior to testing
