Sore nipples and discharge

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone has experienced sore nipples with discharge but negative pregnancy test. My cycle is irregular and all over the place. But I did have a period in January. I haven’t been pregnant in 9 years. The only time my nipples hurt like this is when I am pregnant.

Hoping to get some answers or someone who has been through issues similar.

Not myself but my sisters first symptoms where always stabby nipple pain/soreness.

Yeah that has been my first symptoms with my two pregnancies that’s why I am surprised to see a negative test. I was wondering if anyone had this happen and it was just a hormone imbalance of some sort. Thank you for your response!
