Currently on cycle 2 of trying and 3dpo.

Looking for others to go through this with!

Now that I think about it… 7 and 8 dpo I was extremely gassy. I didn’t even think of it as a symptom but most definitely is not the norm for me. Also 9dpo my stomach was really sensitive and not in a nauseous way.

@Brianna4kd my goodness, that must've been so hard for you. This must be a worrying time but what wonderful news. I'm sure everything will be fine. Look after yourself ❤️ That's great to hear that you had cramps and twinges as I'm having them lots! Every day. They're more aches and twinges than cramps so not exactly like AF pains, but still very similar so I'm hoping it's not a bad sign! I also had a sore butt yesterday so fingers crossed 🤞

@ChyLL due AF on Friday so I'm going to test fmu Wednesday. I've got an early result clear blue so hopefully should be accurate 2 days before AF. I've also been getting sharp twinges from time to time. Let's hope it's a good sign for us both! 🙏

Did you ever have ovary pains post-ovulation in the TWW with your other pregnancies? I’ve been getting twinges and had a day where it felt like a stitch across my lower abdomen. But 4 DPO seems too early for all of that, right?

I’m having these types of twinges too! Almost like wee shooting pains, but not too sore? It doesn’t feel like the usual AF on the way type cramps. How many DPO are you now?

@purplecolouroffunk yes 8dpo today. I've been having those twinges since 3dpo and I've read they can be hormonal so I guess they could start anytime in theory! I've also had a strange taste in my mouth today and yesterday but I'm probably just symptom spotting. You know what it's like when you just become hyper aware of everything. And then I'll feel like an idiot for sharing that I had a sore butt, whenever af arrives! 😂

Everyone is different but I swear I had a feeling by 5dpo that I would get a BFP to be honest. I understand hcg may not be present until after implantation but something most definitely happens during fertilization. I think the feeling with the ovaries would be the Corpus luteum though.

I can’t believe it. I will now be checking progression with internet cheapies. I will get bloodwork done tomorrow (results by Tuesday) and have an ultrasound booked to make sure pregnancy is in the right location. I am excited and terrified at the same time

I won’t be posting my line progression unless it is requested as I know how it feels to want your BFP so badly and have to see someone else’s. Yes you are happy for them but it doesn’t necessarily make you feel good about your situation if you are getting bfn

Doesn't matter how much I try to distract myself - I'm still so aware of every little thing. Swinging between feeling so sure that I'll get a BFP, to feeling so sure that AF is coming.
We've just got to keep hoping and get through the next week🤞🤞

@Starrysky812 absolutely 😂 Before I was like ooh itchy vagina maybe that’s a sign. As soon as AF is here I’ll feel ridiculous thinking that, similar to your butt 😂

How many DPO are you now and when do you plan to test? I think you said above somewhere but this thread is so long now!

@purplecolouroffunk haha exactly! 🤣 I'm 8dpo today and planning to test with frer on Wednesday morning (af due Friday) but I don't know if I'll manage to hold out that long! I've got some cheapies from Amazon so might cave and do one of those!

@hopingforapeainapod Hi! I saw you say you were on progesterone this month! Me too! It’s so unfair as every single symptom I feel I get a bit excited and then have to rein it in and remind myself it’s probably the progesterone!

I been cramping all night and today and it’s like period cramps so think I’m out this month. I track my ovulation via temps and it seems I have a short luteal phase (between 8/9days) and Iv read that it isn’t good and will affect getting pregnant as it doesn’t give enough time for the lining to thicken 😞 I’m so deflated. Iv lost over 9 stone to try for number 2 and now I’m faced with this 😞

@MrsWhite22 Hi! I think I have a short luteal phase too as I usually start spotting around 7 days before AF is due. It's frustrating. It always makes me wonder how / if I'll ever have enough time to build up a lining when I finally do fall pregnant. This is first cycle trying so not too sure how affected I'll be yet.

@purplecolouroffunk @MrsWhite22 if you’re worried you could ask your doctor to test your progesterone levels as this might explain your short luteal phase / spotting. My luteal phase length was fine but I always spotted before my period, sometimes for 7+ days before, and I was also worried this meant my lining was coming away too soon or would affect implantation. Anyway my doctor has given me progesterone to take from 1dpo and so far no spotting 🤞

@ChyLL ah I know it’s infuriating isn’t it! I haven’t had too many side effects - mostly tiredness and sore boobs - but every little twinge or feeling or symptom and I’m like oooh this could be it!

I'm about 2 or 3 dpo can't tell due to clearblue bring weird. But you definitely love some company while waiting to test

@hopingforapeainapod Good luck with your progesterone!! How did you deal with figuring out when your spotting stops and 'real' AF starts? I never quite know which day to mark as CD1 😣

I did had my progesterone tested a couple of months ago and it was low. But I've since realised that I had the test taken at completely the wrong time in my cycle, when a low result would actually make sense. I'd counted the spotting as CD1 which I now think is wrong.

I have another test this week, for 7 days after I think I ovulated (EWCM, day after peak OPK). Fingers crossed I have a normal result!
